Description
Binyamina Chardonnay Reserve combines Chardonnay grapes from two of the winery’s finest vineyards, both of which situated at an altitude of 650-700 meters above sea level: one at the summit of the Galilee Mountains; and the other high in the Judean Hills, near Kibbutz Tzuba. Both vineyards revel in a relatively cool climate with low humidity throughout the ripening season. These conditions help protect the grapes from disease and allow for complete ripening of the grapes while maintaining a particularly high standard of freshness and aroma. Each vineyard produces grapes of the highest quality but with slightly different characters which, when blended, result in a very rich, complex and elegant wine.
