The processes of pasteurization, seasoning, filling and packaging are all carried out in the most leading-edge automation processes in the field.
Computerized video cameras scan the olives on each side, one by one, in order to achieve a high level of sorting. The precise sorting enables to distinguish between different sizes of olives and determine their quality for further processing.
