Luria Chardonnay without wood was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine is made from the juice that flows from the grape during its separation fr om the spines and without any squeezing, a more aromatic and fresh juice is obtained which isthen fermented at a cold and controlled temperature in a stainless steel container to express the characteristics of the variety. Luria Chardonnay without wood, as the character of the soil and the vineyard has a rich minerality and feels like a mosaic of fruity and floral aromas. With a greenish straw color, the body of the wine is medium, rich in the flavors of apple, tropical fruits and citrus.
