The wine is produced entirely from Merlot grapes from vineyards in the Galilee and the Golan Heights. A moderate-ripe harvest kept the wine’s freshness and a brief maturing process added to its pleasant complexity.
Merlot HaMoshava is a deep purple-tinge wine with a rich red-fruit and oak aroma, delicate seasoning and excellent freshness. Its taste is rich and balanced. The mouth reveals a medium and pleasant body which allows enjoying the wine while is still young. It has a slight complexity and a short fruity finish.

The wine is an excellent accompaniment for a wide variety of dishes ranging from appetizers of grilled or pickled vegetables, grilled chicken pullet or gnocchi with a rich pesto sauce.
