The grapes for this Chardonnay are harvested at night and pressed in the morning when it is still cool. After the first fermentation the wine goes 4 to 6 months in Franseiken wine barrels. A fresh rich wine with a touch of vanilla, but full of fresh fruit and a delicious long aftertaste.
