The wine is a Bordeaux Saint-Émilion style of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet and was designed to reflect the winemaker’s philosophy and our belief in the terroir and the vineyard. It has a medium body, dark ruby color, purple raspberry, and pine needles taste. It is well balanced, with slightly grippy tannins, flavors of raspberry, black cherry, chocolate, violet, and a cranberry-laced finish.
Estate Reserve 2015 got a silver medal at a 2016 international wine competition. Estate Reserve 2016 got a gold medal at a 2017 international wine competition.
Estate Reserve 2017 wine has won three gold medals in international competitions of 2018, one of them, as “The best red wine of the competition”.
Recommended to open, use a decanter and enjoy drinking during or after a good dinner.
